HI...THANKS FOR VISITING MY PERSONAL PAGE

I was born in New Jersey, raised in Southern California, and
moved to Las Vegas in 1976. In 1994, I moved to Overton, Nevada
and I really love the small town and rural area atmosphere -- except
when it rains and the aroma of manure permeates the air .

I have blond hair, dark brown eyes, and am 4'11" tall and
weigh 110 lbs. I have two children, ages 31 and 29 -- I'll take my
bragging rights later in this home page -- so be prepared.

I'm divorced and have been since 1977 -- I like it that way -- I enjoy
the mental freedom of being single -- guess I live up to the typical
independent Sagittarian traits.
WHOOPS ! .... I recently met someone who has changed
my mind about that.Thanks Rich for bringing him to Overton.
Guess I need to revise this paragraph. I got married
February 26, 2005, so my single days are over and

HERE'S THE FUN STUFF

My favorite pastimes are FISHING .....CAMPING.....TRAVELING.....and most
all other outdoor activities -- oh yeah -- I love playing the video keno and poker
machines -- that's not exactly an outdoor activity, but - Oh well.

I also enjoy "Spending the Night" with my computer into the wee
morning hours, mostly catching up on my work from the office,
surfing the web and doing silly things like updating this page.
It has become my best friend and my worst enemy.

Enya......Dr. Hook.....The Eagles.....America.....The Moody Blues,
Creedence Clearwater.....Van Morrison.....and The Steve Miller Band

I have a rather off-the-wall sense of humor....I enjoy almost
everything I do....BUT THEN....I make a point of not doing
things that I don't enjoy.

I take life as it comes, but I'm usually on the go so much that
it doesn't seem to catch up with me.....

And I don't worry about much -- haven't figured out what I'm
supposed to worry about yet -- oh well.....

Oh, did I forget to mention that I still don't know what
I want to be when I grow up.

HERE COMES THE BRAGGING RIGHTS (GRIN)

My DAUGHTER, Michelle, is 34 years old . She graduated with a
Bachelor's Degree in History and was Valedictorian of the History
Department at the Honors College of the University of Oregon . She
received a scholarship from the University of Michigan for her graduate
studies and has completed her Masters of Arts Degree in History and a
Masters of Science Information specializing in Archives and Manuscripts
at the University of Michigan. She also has received her PHC (Doctoral
Candidate) in History from the University of Michigan and is currently
working on finishing her PHD. FINALLY, she finished her schooling,
worked for a few years as an Archivist at Yale University, then a few
years as Assistant Archivist at Archives and Special Collections at
the Northeastern University in Boston, then a couple of years in
Seattle at the University of Washington as a Director of
something or other in the Special Archives Collection and
is now at the University of Irvine in the Archives Dept.
Don't know what her new title is yet.

My SON, Brian, is 32 years old and was married in January 1999 to a
beautiful girl whom he has been friends with since he was three.    He had
completed three years in the army and returned back to college.   He
graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at the University
of Nevada at Las Vegas (UNLV) and has now completed his masters in Physics
and is working on his doctorate degree in Physics .    He was also
employed at the university in the Physics Lab and was teaching two Physics lab
classes.      His wife received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics
and is currently working full time and has now completed her second degree
in Electrical Engineering. They also have a 2 year old son, Edward John, and
is expecting their second son in May.

THE THINGS I DISLIKE THE MOST

People who are dishonest ..... Men with a "GREAT LINE" ..... ANYONE cramping
my space or trying to control me ..... and being bugged when I am playing
the keno machines . .
